Wednesday evening Mark Nicoll attended Wilson Sonsini's 4th July BBQ celebration in Russell Square, London. Mark met several of the SVB team who signposted him to several very helpful new contacts in the investment arm.

Emilie is a passionate Kundalini Yoga coach. Ex- VP of people at checkout.com & helped scale people & operations to $30bn. Previous - Airbus. Nissan. Tessian.
Following a major life event, she felt called to travel to Bali where Kundalini Yoga presented itself to her. In her first class she felt a strong shift and a belonging to the lineage that goes beyond the rational mind. Since that day she has been practising everyday, trained with the best teachers and taught more than 300 classes online, in her home Studio in Lisbon and other magical locations.

Gianluca Tognon joins Paincation's advisory board.
Gianluca is an associate professor in public health at the University of Skövde (Sweden) and the founder of the consulting company The Food Scientist.
Gianluca is an associate professor in public health at the University of Skövde (Sweden) and the founder of the consulting company The Food Scientist.
Gianluca is an expert in epidemiology, public health, statistical methods, nutrition, and food science. As a trained biologist with a Ph.D. in nutrition, Gianluca spent more than 15 years researching public health and nutritional epidemiology to understand the problems connected to unhealthy diets.
Gianluca has consulted private companies, schools, organisations, and hundreds of private individuals who needed help with diet and health. He has presented at several conferences and events in Europe and the USA.
"I first met Gianluca when I launched my previous startup during Covid, he, and a team of academics came together to conduct a study on behavioural change around exercise and diet and breaking up staff sedentary time. We managed to get published in the American Psychological Association and Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. Gianluca brings his enthusiasm for nutrition, and helping others to support the core team at Paincation, and I'm thrilled he's onboard".

Acclaimed Film Maker and Photographer Roger Eaton joins the team at Paincation as consultant Art Director.
Having trained under the guidance of legendary photographers, Lord Snowdon and Eve Arnold, Roger moved to New York in the early eighties at the height of the creative revolution.
He worked closely with Andy Warhol for Interview Magazine while being creatively involved with artists such as Julian Schnabel, Francesco Clemente, Rammellzee and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
Roger has had the privilege of working with many of the film industry elite including Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Tom Cruise, Nathalie Portman, Sidney Poitier, Sir Ian McKellen, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Forest Whitaker, Thandie Newton, Ron Howard, Helen Mirren Gael Garcia Bernal, Daniel Bruhl, Ralph Fiennes.
He has also worked with Snoop Dogg, Dave Stewart & John Stewart on various features, short films, music videos, teasers and EPKs.
Roger shot the feature film ‘Sins Of A Father’ in 2013/14 and footage that made the final cut in ’By The Sea’ (dir. Angelina Jolie – 2015) and ‘First They Killed My Father’ (dir. Angelina Jolie – 2017).
